Dominick Lavelle Esq. is the dedicated and passionate owner of Lavelle Law Firm, a personal injury law firm know for prioritizing the client experience. As a U.S. Veteran, Dominick’s path to becoming a respected attorney was unique. Initially starting as an electrical engineer, he found his true calling to help people by becoming a teacher and later, he became a beloved principal in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York.

Dominick’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue his undergraduate and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from NYU Brooklyn Tech, instilling in him a strong analytical mindset. However, his unwavering desire to make a direct impact on people's lives led him to Touro Law School, where he excelled academically and graduated as a top student. Click here for more

Emily Lavelle Esq., Vice President & Managing Attorney at Lavelle Law Firm is a diligent personal injury attorney who practices in NY, PA, TN & MO. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude from St John's University where she was also a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. She then graduated as a Dean's list graduate from St. John's University School of Law. There, she received the CALI Award for being the highest-scoring student in her law class.

She belongs to many organizations such as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Supreme Court Historical Society, Portledge Alumni Council & APS Physics Society. She is also an Adjunct Ast. Professor at St. John's University since 2014. She uses her legal expertise to help those who have been injured in accidents, as well as help the general public through philanthropy & volunteer work.
